At Eurisko Mind, we believe your source code is your most valuable asset. Our architecture is fundamentally **local-first**. This means that Eurisko Mind runs entirely on your local machine or server. Your code, file structures, terminal commands, and credentials never touch our servers.

2. LLM API Key and Call Handling

Eurisko Mind integrates directly with third-party LLM providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini).

• **Local Storage**: Your API keys and environment configurations are stored locally on your machine and are never transmitted to Eurisko Mind servers.
• **Direct Integration**: API calls to your models are initiated directly from your client machine to the model provider's API. No prompts, contexts, or generated code are proxied, cached, or stored by Eurisko Mind.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum amount of information required to verify your subscription and manage authentication:

• **Account Details**: Authentication runs on our own infrastructure. When you sign up, we store account information such as your email address and basic profile details.
• **Billing & Subscription**: We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe collects payment details, billing address, and transaction logs. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
• **Usage Metadata (Optional)**: If you opt into telemetry, we may collect anonymous diagnostics (such as crash logs and CLI load times) to improve the app. This diagnostics data is stripped of codebase names, file content, and environment variables.

4. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on the following third-party processors to function:

• **Stripe**: Subscription tracking, invoicing, and secure payment processing.
• **Email delivery**: Transactional email only (address verification and password resets).
