Terms of Service

Last updated: June 16, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Eurisko Mind desktop application, command-line tools, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use or access our software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Eurisko Mind grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run the software locally on your personal or company machines, solely for development and project management purposes.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Billing

  • **Subscriptions**: We offer monthly and annual subscriptions. Details on our current offerings (e.g., Solo Dev) are listed on our pricing page.
  • **Trials**: Trial durations are set for 7 days. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends.
  • **Refunds**: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle.

4. Local Operations and Code Safety

Eurisko Mind orchestrates AI coding agents locally on your computer.

  • **Local Execution**: You acknowledge that the software modifies files, runs local commands, and interacts with terminals. You are solely responsible for keeping backups of your projects and version controlling your codebase.
  • **Verification of Code**: AI-generated code is experimental. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and verifying all modifications before committing or deploying them.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Eurisko Mind is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or that AI agents will always produce functional code.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eurisko Mind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or code files resulting from the use of our software.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
